About the Customer
Resolve Cleaning has been providing cleaning services to businesses and people in Cape Town’s northern and southern suburbs since 2004. We seek to be the cleaning company of choice, aiming to “make a difference with one starfish.”
The Problem
They didn’t have a social media plan or presence, and they needed to grow their community and raise brand awareness in order to reach more potential customers, with a limited budget.
Our Solution
We created a Social Media Strategy, established the persona, and created a content calendar to match. Creating weekly content and presenting their narrative effectively, including functionality, ensuring it was done on time, and targeting the proper audience online.
Results
- As at end of May 2021 they had 1,203 Facebook Likes.
- Engagement improved by 50%
- LinkedIn page grew organically with a 50% improvement in Engagement month to month.
- This project came to a close in May 2021.
